forZe move past UNiTED

forZe have become the second side through to the Grand Final at Arbalet Cup CIS with a 16-13 victory over UNiTED on de_train.

A lively start from forZe, who began as CT, saw them cruise to an early five-round lead, with UNiTED picking up two rounds right after to make it 5-2. forZe then claimed three rounds in response, but UNiTED were not left impressed and were the better side in the latter stages of the first half as they were down 9-6 at the break.

UNiTED looked to put the map’s defensive advantage to good use, and they managed to bag the opening three rounds to level the game 9-9, but a six-round streak by forZe put them just one round away from the win. With the scoreboard showing 15-9 in favour of forZe, UNiTED still tried to respond, but all they did was to get four more rounds as forZe claimed a 16-13 success.

forZe have now reached the Grand Final at Arbalet Cup CIS, where they will meet PinG for the first prize of $5,000.
